You can test the fruit of the ice cream, with the necessary sugar on it, I can say that the auger added is the one of the fruit. Just perfect.Gelateria Bottomei is a gem! Their homemade gelato is outstanding, so fresh and flavorful. The lemon basil and mint were incredibly refreshing, and the strawberry and chocolate were the best we had in our entire 2-week trip across Italy. Truly top-quality gelato and a must-visit spot!

Sono stato alla Gelateria Bottomei di Anzio e posso dire senza dubbio che il gelato è davvero buonissimo: cremoso, gusti intensi e ingredienti freschi. Onestamente non mi spiego tutte queste recensioni negative che ho letto online, perché la mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. I've been to Gelateria Bottomei in Anzio and can say without a doubt that the gelato is truly delicious: creamy, with intense flavors and fresh ingredients. C’è un ampia scelta di gusti, dai classici ai più originali e innovativi,
particolare anche la scelta dei nomi.
Il proprietario gentilissimo, cordiale e disponible mi ha spiegato con competenza la scelta degli ingredienti e la sua intenzione di riprodurre un gelato più naturale possibile. C’è una forte somiglianza con la granita siciliana , non troppo dolce e cremoso . Peccato aver provato solo due gusti, c’era davvero l‘imbarazzo della scelta !

There's a wide selection of flavors, from classics to the most original and innovative, the choice of names is also remarkable. The extremely kind, friendly, and helpful owner expertly explained the choice of ingredients and his intention to create the most natural gelato possible. It bears a strong resemblance to Sicilian granita, not too sweet and creamy. It's a shame I only tried two flavors; there was truly so much to choose from! I will definitely return in the future.

Gelateria aperta da pochissimo, merita di essere conosciuta. Il gelato, nel mio caso, sorbetto al pistacchio e nocciola, senza lattosio era davvero buonissimo! Il proprietario molto gentile e simpatico. Il mio cono piccolo era in realtà un medio secondo quanto sono abituata a Roma! Da provare sicuramente!

Quando sono ad Anzio per me esiste solo il gelato di Bottomei. Oltre il gusto - a mio avviso eccezionale - il gelato é leggero e facile da digerire. Essendo poi senza zucchero si ha veramente modo di apprezzare a pieno la materia prima altamente di qualitá. Bonus da mille punti: la panna fatta a mano!
